So clearly this is not an original thought WIAW was originated from Peas and Crayons and a lot of other bloggers have started doing it as well; and since I can’t be original and I really like the idea of doing this… I decided to give it whirl as well. This will pretty much be a mish-mash of stuff, some days I will try a new technique or perhaps I’ll be eating something for the first time as is the case today… and someday it might be leftover chili…who knows, and I guess that’s part of the fun. When I first started blogging it was to remain accountable with my exercise and food intake, so this is kind of takes me back… Very little of this is planned… but it’s 100% honest…I always want WIAW to be an accurate account of what I am eating. Not everyday I eat completely healthy, but more often than not I make healthy choices.
As always my Weight Watchers Points into the fold.
Lately it seems that I have a piece of fruit before I workout and have a “smoothie” when I return, those Weight Watchers Smoothies are really feeling and they don’t taste bad.. Breakfast was 2 points
I was craving coffee bad, It was one of those days when you realize you were super busy and time went by faster than you expected and you actually missed lunch….. those are pretty rare for me, my stomach will always let me know when it’s time for food….So I just had a small coffee and a yogurt. My Snack was 3 Points
Subway has really become my “go-to” meal when I don’t want to cook or when I want “fast food” it doesn’t hurt that it’s right around the corner. So I had a six inch steal and cheese (yes I actually but cheese on my sandwich… but can you have a steak sammich without cheese? It just seems wrong), Baked Lays and a Diet Coke. Dinner was 14 points
Clearly you can tell that I didn’t have anything fancy today, but I will give myself extra points for not cooking a darn thing!
My general caloric intake is 1200 calories per day, and today I went ate 854 calories, MyFitness Pal, actually gave me a “warning” telling me I wasn’t eating enough….. one day isn’t gonna hurt me.
I have 34 points a day that I can consume, I ate 19 Points and had 15 left over (today was a fluke and it will never happen again)
The rule of thumb is that you are supposed to drink at least 8 and today I was able to get 8 cups, and lately that has been difficult for me to get in.
