This month’s love with food box, is all of those great memories in a yummy little snack box. This month’s Theme was “Take Me Out To The Ballgame”

I hooked up with Love With Food after the Goodies Box ended (I was getting box the regular and the Kids box… no judging, I like my snacks!) and they referred me over to LWF. I like the idea of learning about new products that I normally wouldn’t have known about. And I especially love that a with each purchase of a LWF box 1 meal is donated (two meals when you get order the deluxe box) And next month, those values are gonna double, so if you love being introduced to new snacks and enjoy the fact that your purchases will do so good this is the subscription box for you! (details below)
I’m not sure what these have to do with the whole baseball theme, but these are really good, I’m sure these are marketed towards children, and since there is no kiddies here I get to enjoy all the yummies.. The bags that I got were samples sizes and a little bit over .6 ounces. .. These are Fat-free, Glutton-free, and Nut-free and Non GMO. you can get 12 –7oz bags for about $11.99. These get a 9 out of 10
There were fantastic, I think this was my favorite thing out of the entire box! This product is made with non GMO products and is Vegetarian friendly , I was given two 1oz bags, but this also comes in 4.5oz bags…. check out the website there’s a coupon!
Despite the fact that this gum is all natural (non- GMO, no corn syrup and vegan friendly), this was the one thing that took me back to my childhood, I remember chewing gum balls like there was no tomorrow, although I think the ones years ago were a bit larger and I remember that if you chewed them for a long time they made your jaw hurt…. not these, the gum stayed soft throughout… and after 2 hours I was still popping away… I was able to find these at my local Whole Foods, but there is a store locator for a store that carries them…otherwise you can on the LWF site and purchase directly from them. Based on nostalgia alone this product gets a 10 out of 10
This cookie came at the right time, I caught a cold and I’m seriously snuffy…and this cookie cleared me up PRONTO! I love the idea od eating a cookie and getting a little bit extra. These cookies are huge (3oz) you purchase these in a 12 pack for $30. If you’re not a fan of Ginger Snaps, they have other flavors like Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter. This cookies get’s a perfect 10!
The Chicago Mix is not new to me, I mean come one… who doesn’t love Caramel and Cheese popcorn mixed together? The perfect combination of salty and sweet. I was pleasantly surprised by how much cheese was on the popcorn, most companies like to skimp on the cheese. (This product doesn’t have any glutton products in it) You can get 12 –7.5oz bags for $35.88. Now I know that some of you might thing that’s a bit pricey, but let’s compare this to Garrett’s you would find that it’s quiet reasonable… I love popcorn… so this one automatically get’s 10 out of 10.
The website has coupons as well as local retailers that sell this product… check the website out they have dip recipes (they have this pizza one that I’m gonna try soon) they also turn the chips into dessert…This product doesn’t get a rating because I haven’t tried it yet.
Granola is granola, it’s neither good nor bad, I did like the little fun twist on it… PB&J! Interesting… I would defiantly give this to little kids… they might enjoy it a little more than I did . This get 7 out of 10
The sort of remind me of those pillow mints… but these came in a little 100 calorie back, perfect for those times when you just need a little something sweet… I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed them..You can get 24 pouches of this petite cookie for $17.95.. Or they have a larger bag six pack for a dollar more. These get a 9 out 10.
Anyone who knows me knows that I’m not a fan of BBQ sauce, but my youngest brother… it’s his go to condiment…. he;s a man of few words, but he said that he liked it… so you can take that with a grain of salt. A small .5 ml bottle was included in the box , but if you check the website to find a retailer in your area… and it also sells on Amazon. My brother gave this a 7 out of 10
I also got coupons for the chocolate cookies (15%) , the BBQ sauce ($4.00), Dried Cherries ($1.00) and the Dippin Chips ($1.00)
I think the thing that I loved the most was the Cheddar Fries, OMG! so yummy and the Snap Back Cookie, that sucker really helped clear me up while dealing with this yucky cold. I would give the box whole a 9 out of 10. I loved everything in the box…although there were some things that I really struggled with trying to figure out how they meshed with the theme.
