So clearly this is not an original thought WIAW was originated from Peas and Crayons and a lot of other bloggers have started doing it as well; and since I can’t be original and I really like the idea of doing this… I decided to give it whirl as well. This will pretty much be a mish-mash of stuff, some days I will try a new technique or perhaps I’ll be eating something for the first time as is the case today… and someday it might be leftover chili…who knows, and I guess that’s part of the fun. When I first started blogging it was to remain accountable with my exercise and food intake, so this is kind of takes me back… Very little of this is planned… but it’s 100% honest…I always want WIAW to be an accurate account of what I am eating. Not everyday I eat completely healthy, but more often than not I make healthy choices.
As always my Weight Watchers Points into the fold.
I couldn’t sleep for anything, and usually when I sleep I tend to snack, today was no exceptions, this week it came right out of m Love With Food box. And naturally I was not thinking about my WIAW post until both bags were demolished. all This early morning snack was was 5 points
So the plan was to have something light, so carrots with some guacamole and a teeny tiny Dr. Pepper…. but then I kept hearing my mother say, “Tyra, you should eat some meat” so that’s how I needed up with a Culvers, Single Butter Burger. My lunch was 15 points.
Earlier in the morning, I made chili in the crockpot, heck it’s freezing cold here…. and I had some corn chips with it… I know super exciting. My dinner was 12 points.
My general caloric intake is 1200 calories per day, and today I consumed 1,251 calories It was those darn early morning snacks that got me this time!. And I ate 32 Points out of the 33 that are allotted to me,
The rule of thumb is that you are supposed to drink at least 8 and today I was able to get 8 cups, but with it being colder outside and me try to ramp of the workouts I should be getting more water in.. but I already feel like I’m constantly going to the bathroom as it is.
Until Next Time…
